What Is PPF
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a virtually invisible, high-performance polyurethane film applied to your vehicle’s paintwork to protect it from everyday damage. Designed to shield against stone chips, scratches, bird droppings, bug splatter, and UV fading, PPF preserves your car's factory finish and resale value.
What Is Involved?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is applied by first thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating the vehicle’s surface to ensure a flawless bond. If needed, paint correction is performed to remove any imperfections. The film is then carefully positioned and applied using a slip solution, allowing installers to adjust it for perfect alignment. Once in place, the solution is squeegeed out to secure the film and remove air bubbles. Edges are tucked or trimmed for a seamless finish, and the film is left to cure, often with the help of heat to activate self-healing properties and ensure long-lasting adhesion.
